If your goal is to sell your home as quickly as possible, while saving thousands of dollars on commissions, talk to us about our extremely competitive listing fee. We will list your home with us for just 1/2 % of the sales price but no less than $3,995.00**. This does not include any compensation to the buyer’s broker (i.e. selling office commission). We recommend that you offer a minimum of 2.5% of the sales price to buyer’s broker, due to the abundance of homes on the market at this time.
Please note that if we list and sell your home, we would be entitled to the listing fee as well as the selling office commission. In any case, we do not charge any up-front fees, and only get paid after your home sells and closes escrow.
