  1. Install one or more yard signs on your property
  2. Install lock box and brochure box
  3. Enter property into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  4. Take several photos of the interior and exterior of your home
  5. Prepare property flyers with photos
  6. Hold one or more open house(s), (usually Saturdays or Sundays from approx. 1-4 PM)
  7. Advertise your home and/or open house in one or more of the following: Real Estate Book, LA Times, The Signal, Daily News, Realtor.com, etc.
  8. Feature your home on our website www.Cash4Buyers.com
  9. Enhanced listing for your home on REALTOR.com with up to 6 photos
  10. Show your property to prospective buyers
  11. Handle negotiations and coordinate inspections and walk-thrus
  12. Obtain pre-qualification or pre-approval letter from buyer(s), prior to opening escrow
  13. Prepare required Disclosures, and stay in touch with escrow and lender
  14. Stay in touch with you to update you on status and market changes, etc.
  15. Offer Cash Rebate to Buyer(s) who purchase your home through us
  16. Offer YOU a generous cash rebate if you purchase your next home through us
